Eu e Gabi estamos lendo Fábulas do grande Monteiro Lobato, que retiramos do Main Library downtown. O livro contem contos classicos, como A Cigarra e a Formiga e A Raposa e as Uvas, mas a maioria das fábulas não conheciamos. Os comentarios da Emilia, Narizinho e os outros personagens do Sitio do Picapau Amarelo sao muito engraçados!

Gabi and I checked out Fábulas by the classic Brazilian author, Monteiro Lobato at the Main Library downtown. There are old favorites like the Ant and the Grasshopper, and The Fox and the Grapes, but most of the fables were unknown to us. We thought the comments by Emilia, Narizinho, and the other characters from O Sitio do Picapau Amarelo were really funny.
